Adrienne is a fearless agent of change.

Adrienne Cousins is a creative systems thinker and mold breaker. As a professional Co-Active Coach, her approach is collaborative and empowering, naturally growing confidence and resilience in individuals and groups. She has an earnest desire to help people achieve their goals in new and novel ways -- with an affinity for facilitating change and transformation. 

In addition to private coaching clients, she has worked for government, non-profit and private organizations. She has been invited to host events, deliver conference proceedings, university guest lectures and facilitate workshops.  She has served as a member of a federal public advisory committee and currently sits on the board of her local Women's Centre.

Adrienne brings over 12 years experience in project management and program leadership to her coaching.  She has worked on organizational culture change projects, enterprise IT projects, public-private partnership projects, tech start-ups, video production/media projects, political campaigns, fundraisers and benefit concerts.

She is a musician, dancer, yogi, environmentalist, feminist, reiki master, evolutionary thinker, and a much sought after dinner guest :)
